By using this Website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;

  • You are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

 

3. Products

We sell packaged pasta products, including but not limited to:

* Dried pasta

* Fresh pasta

* Gluten-free pasta

* Specialty and flavoured pasta

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to ensure that all information is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or pricing are error-free.

 

4. Orders

By placing an order:

* You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

* You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

* You authorize us to charge the full amount of your purchase.

We reserve the right to:

* Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

* Limit quantities purchased

* Cancel orders if payment is declined or suspected fraud is detected

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupee. 

We accept the following payment methods:

* Other secure payment methods listed at checkout

Prices do not include shipping fees or taxes unless otherwise stated. These will be calculated at checkout.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within India.

* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

* We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

* Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Redelivery charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Government restrictions

  • Force Majeure events (see Clause 14)

 

7. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, 

due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns unless:

* The product arrives damaged

* The product is incorrect

* The product is expired upon delivery

If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Photos of the product on arrival

* A description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refund timelines shall be processed within a reasonable period as per applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund shall be processed in accordance with applicable RBI and payment gateway timelines.

 

8. Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products are manufactured and handled according to applicable food safety regulations. However:

* Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists for allergens.

* We are not liable for allergic reactions or improper storage after delivery.

Please store products according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

  •  Website design

is the property of Pasta Berruto and Gallon Trading and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

In the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event:
